Hi, can you advise on the following:

I need to serve Section 21: the tenants pay 4-weekly, so it is exactly 8 weeks to the end of a tenancy that states "6" months. When is the accurate date to server.

By the way I served Section 8 and was in court today for the same tenants, but the judge adjourned giving the tenants time to submit a defence as they did not. Grounds were 12 and 17, tenancy is for 2 people, but they moved in their children (3), also that they mislead us as to the number of people the double room was for. the house is shared.. please advise urgently, thanks.
