Whats the deal with mortgage companies not liking houses being rented to housing associations? I've got the chance of a 5yr lease and ive contacted my mortgage company and they said that they will not allow their buy to lets to be associated with housing associations only AST's 6-12 months. Why is that, where do I stand now?
