Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

i have given my tenants a 6 month tenancy which runs from 29th oct 2012 to 29th april 2013 i wish to give them a section 21 notice to vacate at the end of this period what is the date i put on the section 21[1][B] notice ? i want to be 100% with my date
