forgot to print schedule 1 in tenancy agreement
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

i forgot to insert schedule 1 in a tenancy agreement and tenant has signed the agreement,it says in the front page that this agreement (in the index) about which grounds landlords can apply for possession.
would i have any issue in serving section 21 notice and is it OK if i provide missing schedule page to tenant.
please advise
