URGENT Section 8 - Particulars of Claim

(I need to submit this to court this afternoon)

At a section 8 hearing the judge rejected my 'particulars of claim', as she was not happy with section 4 of it, as follows:

I filled it out in accordance with the guidance notes:
4(a) - I wrote that the rent statement is attached.
4(b) - I wrote n/a
4(c) - I wrote n/a

Judge says that i must re-submit the particulars and ensure that 4(c) must state the "statutory grounds being relied upon".

She has got it wrong i am sure, but unless i comply she wont grant it.

So what should i put in 4(c)? Should i write "ground 8 in Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988 as amended by the Housing Act 1996"
