I have just had the last of the original tenants move out after 7 years and during this time we have signed a number of new ast agreements ie each time one tenant moved out and a replacement tenant moved in.

The property is a flat with two bedrooms and a lounge (which I am considering turning into a bedroom

I am now thinking of letting each room on an individual ast agreement where they would all share the bathroom and kitchen and as I have never done it this way before I would be grateful for your advice.
