George Eustice MP (Conservative, Camborne and Redruth) would like to know if any members in DEVON or CORNWALL who have been affected by banks acting unfairly when dealing with repossessions or remt receiving orders.

There is a bill being read in parliament on Friday about banks and repossessions and the BBC are doing an item on this on the Sunday Politics show on Sunday.
