Hello

My two BTL properties are both leasehold. There are certain things in the lease that I am bound by, therefore it is vital that any tenant is also bound by the same terms. Due to this, I am unsure if the RLA version of the AST will be suitable for me.

Currently I use a 'lawpack' download and have added my own claused which are on my lease.

I am sure many landlords also let leasehold properties and therefore my situation should be far from unique. The RLA download is also a PDF file, so it is not easy to modify it unless you have acrobat writer of which I do not.

Any ideas or should I just stick with what I am currently doing?

Thanks
Alex
