Hello All

I'm new to this &hope that you will bear with me &all my queries

When do you serve a Section 21?
If on Day 1 - why?

If at the end of the 3rd month of tenancy the tenants are 2 months behind on their rent can you get a court order because you served a section 21 on day 1?
If not do you have to serve the sections 21 at the end of the 3rd month and then wait 2 months before you can get a court order?

„h ¡§This notice expires after¡¨ ¡V What should we put?
o If 6 months, how does that interact with the monthly rolling aspect of the tenancy agreement?

Kind Regards
Dave Barnett
