My Tenant pays her rent on the 1st of the month in advance. She will be vacating during the middle of next month (she is waiting for builders to finnish work on her new house). I will collect the rent on the first of the month as usual, but she has asked if I will refund any rent if she moves out in the middle of the month. Do I say no? Do I refund her based on a daily amount?
