I have had an enquiry from a potential tenant who is on a trial period with a new company, and will either be dismissed after 4-5 weeks or offered full time employment.

He only wants to commit to 4-5 weeks.

I am not anti that idea as there tends to be a shortage of demand this side of the new year.

How do you suggest I respond?

Thanks
Cliff
