A tenant of ours has written to say they do not have adequate hot water in their cylinder. They are a couple with 2 small children and have rented the property for 2.5 years now. There is no room in the cupboard for a bigger cylinder but it is the average cylinder in our properties. Would anybody know what would be classed as adequate hot water for a family of four?
