I have recently had cause to complete an N119. Para 13 of the form asks about my status and there is a choice of 4 boxes to tick. I am certainly not three of them, the nearest is "a Registered social land lord".

Q1. What constitutes being a registered social landlord.

Q2. Who should or could you be registered with, Local authority? RLA?

Q3. Is there any legal requirement to be registered or anything else other than I own a house or two ,i rent them out and the council know about it!
