i have a number of tenants that change their rent payment dates to match in with salary dates. I standardly issue a S21 notice as part of the move in procedure. Is there a recommended process for ensuring that correct notice is given by the tenants when they want to leave and should this notice be given on a rent payment date or on a monthly date that ties in with their contract start date.
