Thank you for your reply, it gave me confidence that what i thought was correct, actually is. Of course it has now escalated as she wqants the deposit back, which she paid, but i have said "sort it out amongst yourselves2 and stepped back.
I do feel for these young people, but at the end of the day, busioness is business.
