I have been renting out two rooms in a shared house. Each tenant has their own teancy agreement relating to their room. With one room becoming vacant shortly I am considering moving back in to the house. I am happy to keep on the tenant as a lodger.

What is the legal position with my tenant's existing tenancy agreement if I move in, becoming a residential landlord (falling outside the 1988 Housing act)?

thank you
