If the tenant request a letter stating that he's our tenant all all his tenancy details (eg. rent, tenancy start date, etc), and the purpose of that letter is for housing benefict, can we refuse giving it to him? Is there any way we can prevent the tenant of obtaining housing benefict?

Thank you!
