I have requested and received a credit check from you in relation to a potential tennant and don't understand everything on the form.
Can you tell me what does the score +194 mean - is it good / bad etc?
Also they have an outstanding CCJ from 2002. What is your view on this? As its nearly 5 years ago, how serious would you look at it?
