Signing up tenants for a house I don't own!

I have a group of tenants lined up for a house I am buying. Amazingly they are prepared to take the risk of the purchase falling through - albeit a small risk. Can I sign them up 'subject to completion of the purchase'? If so, do you have an example of the wording i should use?
