I own a two double bedroom apartment, which I am about to let to a couple. Is it possible for me to ensure that the two joint tenants do not sub-let the other double bedroom to another couple? I of course do not (&should not!) object to any friends staying with the joint tenants for a short term. I am concerned about the addition wear &tear etc to the apartment &additional disturbance (noise, car parking) this may cause to other residents in the block of flats.
