I have recently bought a number of properties with a assured tenancy. The tenant is the same throughout the properties. The recent owner was the father of the tenant. The agreement gives the tenant the right to sub let the properties. The rental income which is paid to me is very low and i wish to evict person from all properties. How can I do this and what would the time scale be?
