Dear RLA
we have a property which will rent for more than £500 per week. We understand that the tenancy will no longer be an assured shorthold tenancy.
we are looking for a tenancy agreement on your site suitable for such a letting. also, it is not clear to which which notices are applicable to tenance because the are AST, and which notices need not be served on non AST.
where can we find good comparative information between AST and non AST tenancies?
