Hi,
Some advice please i have a house with 5 tenants, at present does not require a license. Originally I have issued A tenancy agreement but with all tenants being on the one tenancy agreement but i have had tenants leave from the original 5 and other tenants who came after them, in which case i used tenancy agreement with indiviual names on the new tenants tenancy agreement. Can you please advise is it ok to have all tenants on individual tenancy agreements as opposed to having the tenants on one tenancy agreement.... Thank you for your assistance
