We have a tenant who owes us 9 months in rent arreas. We have been notified that he has applied to another agent to rent another apartment he's given his previous address as differnt to our apartment though we know he's still in our apartment? If he's stating he does not live in our apartment can we legally change the locks? We're awaiting a court hearing but would like to remove him a.s.a.p.
