The situation is as follows:
The property has three tenants whose first six months tenancy ended on 2nd April 2007. They were not issued with a Section 21 Notice at the time of the tenancy agreement. I now wish to gain possession of the property as soon as possible.

What steps are available to me in order to accomplish this?
What is the minimum notice period?
Would it have to go to court?

There is another tenant whose tenancy began on 1st December 2006 and ends on 1st June 2007. How should I deal with this situation if I wish all rooms to be vacant as soon as possible?
