I am new here and thought I had posted this message but now think I may have gone wrong somewhere as I cannot find it on the forum so I am re-submitting.

I previously used an agent to help with my lettings. I ceased using them in May and asked them to remove my pictures/descriptions from their database. They are continuing to use them on their website, also to advertise in Loot. I therefore find that when I advertise I have a very poor response. I think this is due to my advert looking 'old hat' They also advertise my property at £15 cheaper but when one clicks on the link to their website they then add back on the £15. They never send me anyone they just continue to use my pics to draw people in.

Has anyone else had this problem? The pics are of inside the rooms so they are showing the same view as I am when advertising. In essence I am my own competition!! I have asked many times to have them removed but so far they have ignored me. I now find I may have to take them to the small claims court where a judge may make them remove them (hopefully). Has anyone any advice to offer me?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Sandy.
