Hi.
My tenant has asked me if he can sublet a room to help cover the costs as he and his girlfriend have split up. He is quite happy for the sub letter to have his own contract and he is being very upfront about it all. He has been a good tenant and I do not want to loose him. Please could you advise. He is on an periodic AST's.
