good day,

I have a number of tenant's who are on a 'home made' tenancy agreement.

Can I put them on a RLA AST?

I wish to increase the rent at the same time and make them responsible for boiler servicing ( I presently pay for boiler repairs and servicing ).

Is the above possible without upsetting the tenants too much ?
