HI CAN ANYONE RECCOMMEND A METHOD OFF RECORDING TENANT PAYMENTS CLEARLY SO YOU CAN SEE ON ONE PAGE WHO HAS PAID WHAT AND WHEN AND WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE SO NO PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED TO SLIP SOMTHING SIMPLE AND CLEAR
