Letting rooms - Different move-in dates

I have a 3 bedromm house and am considering letting each room to medical students. When I took out the mortgage the provider asked that I use a tenancy agreement where each tenant signs.

My question is, if someone moves in on a different date, say, a week later than the others, how do I account for this in the agreement?
