I have three named tenants now on periodic tenancy (pre tenancy deposit scheme). One of them wishes to move out and the other two wish to continue the tenancy. All are happy with this arrangement however, how do I go about variation in contact &how does this affect the deposit in relation to TDS. (There is no refund to make to the person leaving, as the other two paid it)In effect I just want to take his name off.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
