Hello
We've got a prospective tenant who wants to move into one of our flats. She's got a guarantor. My question is, is the guarantor mentioned on the AST and as such do they sign the AST? If not, our lettings agent has supplied a form signed by the guarantor, but this is dated before the AST will be signed. Will it be valid?
What's the normal procedure for a tenancy agreement with a guarantor?
Many thanks
Victoria
