Our tenant has requested that his girlfriend be added to the tenancy agreement as she wants to move in.
We have no objection to this in principal, but not sure whether we need to issue a new tenancy agreement and s21 (which would presumably amend the tenancy dates etc, or if can just "amend" the existing agreement.
we went through an agency originally and would prefer not to have to incur agency fees all over again...
