Hi

I am holding the deposit for the properties I am renting out. One is a long term tenancy that has been rolling over monthly and the other has just been changed from Company let to Assured Shorthold tenancy but for which I received the deposit more than a year ago under the Company let agreement.
How do I now comply with the legislation and protect the deposits?
