12 month AST agreement with 6 month break clause

I want to amend the contract that you can download from the site to reflect a 12 month contract with 6 month break clause. I also want to add in a clause about landlord being able to increase rent after 6 months in line with market values. I was led to believe before joining the RLA that these documents were able to be amended. From what I can see this is not possible the only elements that can be amended are the tenants names and the rent payable. Is this right?
