We have recently been highlighted to a problem with the tenancy dates on our section 21 notices. If a tenancy is drawn on the 20th September 2007, I would have it running to the 19th March 2008. Is this correct?

I was informed that a peridoc notice would be dated for them to vacate on the 20th and not the 19th of the following two months it is served from.
