Hi There, I am about to sublet a two bed property and a four bed property to a gentleman who will re let it to a company using polish workers. I am happy to do this as I dont mind polish tenants as a whole.

Is there anything I should look out for with sub letting, how does the agreement structure work and are there any good reads on subletting you can recommend.
