Many thanks dave for your reply to the Notice question I raised earlier. In my 2006 AST agreement, it states, as you correctly point out that "one months notice must be given to end it". My confusion now lies over the meaning of "This must be given to expire on a rent payment day".

Please could you clarify this statement.
