I have a tenant whom I have served a section 21 on .Unfortunately he will not allow new potental tenents to view the property. He as also made verbal threats towards myself & family.Shoulg I inform Police or am I wasting my time ?
Is there anyway I can be allowed to show new tenants around property ?
