The RLA AST agreement does not mention anything about any "unapproved" improvements carried out by the tenant.Such as replacing doors or carperts. What is the position on this?

I have seen other AST agreements that say something along the lines of .....anything added to the property by the tenant then becomes a fixture and fitting of the property.
