Good accountant needed for Property portfolio income tax return

Hi, I'm looking for a good accountant who has in depth knowledge of Property Income tax. Specifically I'd like someone who is familiar with Non-Resident landlords and whether you can legally use offshore management companies.

Any recommendation would be gratefully received.
