Hi all,

new lanlord here, just protected my first deposit online with the DPS.
will deliver the prescribed information sheet and T&c's to tenant on Monday.
I was wondering if there is a dispute at the end of the tenancy, the DPS will need to see the AST, when is that submitted to them? Now or at the dispute stage.
