I have just been made aware that I am obliged to give the tenant the Prescribed Information and the terms and conditions. I have been told that without doing this the deposit is not properly protected and also all my section 21's are invalid.

My question is how to I need to provide this information to the tenant. Is it enough to just post it as i have a few properties, or do i need to go round to each property and get a copy signed as proof that I have supplied it?

Thanks for you help!
David.
