To Whom it may concern

I have terminated the contract of my letting agent. I have informed my tenants that from 1st of July 08 I have taken over the managementand sending you new contract for their signature and keeping the rent & otherthings same like before. One tenant just says he has signed and sent it but in effect he has not signed. This has aroused suspecion that he may not even give my rent. Please advise me how should I deal with him interms of rent.
