I think have ordered an EPC through the RLA today. Please can you confirm receipt of the request and what happens now??

I had a letting agent phone me this week and said I will need an EPC for all of my properties with tenants already there. I thought it was only when the properties become vacant again that I would need an EPC before (I can market it again. Please can you let me know the position?
