My tenant told me the other day that they weren't entitled to legal aid anymore and that it has to come out there own pocket thanks to David Cameron,i must admit i wasn't keen on this man but think i'm starting to like him now.
I was also told from the council that if you Evict a tenant who has arrears then the council will not put them on the priority list until arrears is cleared but they will put there children first by putting them into care maybe a little harsh but means they will think twice before leaving us landlords with arrears.
