question re a7 on the DS ast

Hi,

My tenant is questioning the wording on the DS AST with regards to her deposit:

I have entered 'nil' at point A7, as it is an AST renewal and she has already paid her deposit last year. Is that correct?

She is concerned that writing 'nil' on the new AST document suggests she has paid nothing and therefore is owed nothing.

Her £495 deposit is in the DS already.
