Letting Agents in the North West.

Hello to All,
This is my first post so thanks for reading.
Over the past two years I have been buying BTL properties in the Greater Manchester area (11 so far, with a couple more going through currently), essentially as my “pension plan”.
I really wanted the day to day management to be as hands off as possible so wanted to place them with letting agents on a “fully managed” basis from the start.
Finding good agents has been hard work, however, as from talking to people it seems to be for most Landlords (just read these posts......).
As I have always found that recommendations are the best way to find good people I’m still looking for a good agent covering the Liverpool/Merseyside area where I am currently looking at property if anyone could suggest a name? Much appreciated.
In the same spirit I have found an excellent, very “hands on” agent based in Tameside, (covering from Stockport in the south, through Tameside, Manchester Central, North and East to Bury, Bolton, Rochdale in the North) who fully manage for 8% (£40 per month minimum).
I’ll be happy to pass on their details if this might be useful to anyone out there.
