Have we been informed by TDS???
These guys treat landlords like they are something to be scraped off their shoes.
i read in the Telegraph this weekend that there are changes afoot to take effect from April 2012
have we been informed??
Essentialy there is an extension of time in the limit for landlords to supply tenants with the scheme in whch their deposit is lodged (30 days from 14)
the penalty for not lodging has been amended to a variable sum as opposed to the current fixed penalty.
Please make your own checks and make sure you are all aware of changes.
I am disappointed the RLA has not announced these changes (I may be corrected??)
