My previous tenants have moved out after 11 months. There are three new tenants eeger to move in for one month only(ie till first of september 2008. I am happy to let the flat for one montrh as may letting market is student market, and I usually let for 12 months from september. Is there any special agreement I have to sign with them? or an assured shorthold tenancy agreement can do? please help.
